AXA IM appoints Frédéric Clément as Global Head of Human Resources

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) announces the appointment of Frédéric Clément as Global Head of Human Resources replacing Amélie Watelet who becomes Human Resources Director of AXA France. Frédéric Clément will report to Godefroy de Colombe, Global Chief Operating Officer, and join the Management Board. He will be based in Paris.
These changes will be effective 1 September 2021.
I think Amélie’s appointment at AXA France is a testament to her strong professional and personal qualities. I am very happy for her and would like to warmly thank her for her contribution to AXA IM’s business over the last five years. I am delighted to welcome Frédéric at AXA IM. Frédéric knows AXA well and had held several global HR roles within the Group and in other companies and industries. I am sure that under Godefroy’s leadership, he will bring invaluable insights to our HR and management teams.

Biography
Frédéric Clément will be Global Head of Human Resources of AXA IM from 1 September 2021.
Since 2018, he has been leading the Integration Management Office at AXA XL which includes the overall integration planning and decision process related to synergies, communications and cross-functional interdependencies. Prior to this, Frédéric held different global HR roles such as AXA Global Head of Compensation & Benefits & International Mobility from 2013 to 2018, Director of HR, Communication & Corporate Affairs of AXA Bank Europe from 2011 to 2013 after having been Global Head of Reward of AXA from 2007 to 2011. Before joining the AXA Group, Frédéric worked in consulting for Towers Watson and Accenture.
Frédéric is graduated from the ESC Business School in Troyes and holds a master from the ESCP Business School in Paris.
